The use of a building on Site 4 of the old wartime Airfield was secured with kind support of Geoffrey Wooster. The building has been extensively refurbished and the opening was held in October 2010. Over 200 people attended the event, which included 17 military vehicles, 2 full-size aircraft displaying and a calvalcade of military vehicles around the airfield. The museum is open the first Sunday of each month from April through to October and we hope to hold a number of special events. |
